Paid Support Option

We are not able to provide FREE application support unless you grant login access. If you prefer to have a phone call or troubleshoot via a web conference you will need to purchase paid support which is sold in 1 hour increments at $150/hour.



How to Grant Login Access

Click on your Name (top right of screen) | My Settings | Personal | Grant Account Login Access, then find "akaCRM Support" and set an access duration and click "Save". You may revoke this at any time.

After you have completed this step, click on "Yes" above to continue.
To find your Salesforce.com Organization ID go to Setup | Company Profile | Company Information.

Professional Services including live guided installation, consulting and training which are provided via phone or web conference are paid services and are sold in 1 hour increments at $150/hour.  Purchase the amount of time you would like and we will contact you to schedule your call.
